Two respected names in the graphic installation industry have officially joined forces, combining assets and expertise to form GSI North America — a full-service graphics installation powerhouse poised to serve clients across the continent.
After decades of individual success, these two companies, each with deep roots in fleet, retail, and environmental graphics, have unified to offer coast-to-coast coverage with unmatched consistency, reliability, and craftsmanship. The newly formed GSI North America will provide scalable installation solutions for national campaigns and local rollouts alike, with a trusted network of elite installers strategically placed throughout North America.

Both founders have long served as lead trainers for the Professional Decal Application Alliance (PDAA), mentoring hundreds of installers and setting the standard for excellence in the field. Now, they’re building on that legacy by launching the GSI Academy — an industry-leading training and certification program designed to shape the next generation of elite graphic installers.

Ken Burns
Ken Burns is the owner of Axis Graphic Installations, a sign and graphic installation company that started in South Florida and has since expanded to Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also the Chairman of the PDAA and a board member of Fresh Artists.
Ken is a recognized leader in the graphic installation industry, with over two decades of experience delivering high-impact visual solutions across North America and training the next generation of installers.
Known for his commitment to quality and installer education, Ken brings a rare combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and industry advocacy to every project.
He has trained and certified hundreds of professionals through PDAA programs and now leads the GSI Academy, a new initiative to elevate industry standards and grow a network of elite installers. His leadership continues to shape the future of the installation profession..

Fadi Ballut
Fadi Ballut is an experienced visual marketing and graphic installation professional with close to a decade of industry expertise. As the owner and president of Applied Graphics & Signs, he has led the company in delivering high‑impact installations across retail branding, corporate environments, and vehicle graphics.
His journey began in print production and apparel, but driven by a vision to redefine the installation space, he transitioned into graphic installations under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. This led him to launch Applied Graphics & Signs in Chicago and Southern California — a venture rooted in precision, customer focus, and installation excellence.
Beyond his company, Fadi is also a PDAA Trainer and cofounder of GSI North America and GSI Academy, helping to build and manage a professional network and training hub for installers across the nation.
